Arbor Day 2020: Flashback to Past Arbor Day Plantings

Arbor Day is and will always be our favorite day of celebration at iTrees.com!

As we reflect on our past Arbor Day projects we feel not only the same sense of hope that comes when planting a tree but we know that Arbor Day has never been more important to us.

iTrees.com and Spring Grove Nursery are committed to giving back to our local community. One of the most important things we can do for each other is help when it's needed. In the last decade, Coal City & Diamond, Illinois were destroyed by tornadoes. The tornadoes swept away over 50,000 trees. We are proud to give back to these communities when we can through our CommuniTrees Partner Program & our annual Arbor Day events.

In the past, we've worked with several different communities and organizations, and its something that we certainly intend to keep on doing in whatever way possible. This year, we've encountered a few roadblocks but iTrees.com & Spring Grove Nursery is not letting that halt any Arbor Day celebrations.

It may look a little different without a large crowd present, but we still plan to make this Arbor Day special. Together, iTrees.com & Spring Grove Nursery is honoring a local healthcare professional by planting a tree at their home.

We will announce the Planting Peace & Growing Hope recipient on Arbor Day this year!
